Sessions are available one-to-one in Bath or online. You will be met with warmth, respect, and genuine care, alongside gentle, thoughtful challenge when it feels helpful. Together, we can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, helping you find a way forward that feels right for you.

I am a person-centred psychotherapist. This means I believe each of us holds an inner capacity for understanding ourselves and finding a healthy way forward, although life's challenges can sometimes block this.

In our sessions, I will not analyse or direct you. Instead, I offer careful listening, understanding, and a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

Drawing on my varied professional background, I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs. Rather than expecting you to fit a particular method, I adapt the way I work to suit you.

How We Work Together

Consistency is important in therapy. Sessions are offered at a set time each week, with both daytime and limited evening appointments available.

Cancellation Policy

48 hours' notice required

Payment is requested by bank transfer and is due prior to each booked appointment. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full session fee. Online sessions are available as long as you have somewhere private to talk.

Getting Started

Free Phone Call

We begin with a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to explore what you hope to gain from counselling and whether working together feels like a good fit.

Initial Session

Our first session is a chance to explore what has brought you to counselling, at your own pace, in a warm and judgement-free space.

Ongoing Sessions

We meet weekly for 50 minutes. Therapy can be short-term or open-ended depending on your needs. We check in regularly to make sure the work is supporting you.

Qualifications & Trust

Professional & Ethical Practice

I am a trained Integrative Therapist with a background spanning diverse professional environments. My practice is fully insured and guided by UK legal and professional frameworks.

Level 5 Qualification

Qualified to Level 5 in Psychotherapeutic Counselling — a recognised professional standard in the UK.

NCPS Registered

Registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, working within their Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.

Regular Supervision

I engage in regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development to ensure my practice remains safe, ethical, and up to date.

Community Experience

Several years of experience within community-based counselling services across Bath and the surrounding areas, supporting diverse clients.
